Question RAM sticks in a kit display different max bandwidths.

Bought a kit of Team Group 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000MHz late last year. Today, I've had a bit of a scare after a Windows Update where the PC wouldn't POST after restarting. One of the motherboard's error lights lit up indicating a RAM issue, so I removed one of the sticks (2x16gb) and the PC started with no issues. Later on I tried adding it back and everything seems to be working as usual, which is even weirder.

Anyway, My issue now is that after enabling the DOCP memory OC profile on the motherboard, to reach the advertised 6000MHz memory speed, one of the sticks seemingly does not adopt the XMP profile and in fact shows a much lower max-bandwidth.

Wondering if this is normal or one of the sticks could be faulty, especially considering what happened earlier. I've added screenshots of the CPU-Z diagnostic and welcome any help!
