Ram sticks not working.

I bought a new PC and my problem is that the computer only starts up whenever I just one one RAM stick in either Grey 2 or Black 2(3rd or 4th ram slot). I've tried all 4 ram sticks in those two slots and it does not matter which sticks I use, the computer always boosts up. But as soon as I have more than one ram stick in the MB it just starts boosting up for about 3 seconds before shutting down and repeating. Does not matter if I try to put the sticks in 1&3 or 2&4,it simply won't start up. It only does so when I have a single stick or ram in either 3 or 4.

Specs
Geforce gtx 970 gigabyte
Z97 pro gamer mb
H80i GT cpu cooler
Intel i7-5775C

RAM- sticks are Corsair 16gb(4x4gb) 1.50v ver 8.16

Try changing the frequency in BIOS to that of the frequency of the RAM, 1600 MHz I guess.
