Question Ram stuck at 2133mhz

I cant get my Ram to 3000mhz.
This is my ram : Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000mhz C15
Motherboard : Asus Z270H

Have turned on XMP and tried to get it to budge. but nothing
Any Ideas?

Try setting the Voltages to higher numbers, this worked for me. You could also try setting your BIOS settings to the default, since you may have messed the RAM timing up, and it automatically boots to a lower frequency because it is the only thing that's with those timings stable.

I have tried that but still nothing
