Question RAM suddenly not detected on BIOS

Hello, guys. This is my first post, so i don't know much how to write this down. A couple of days ago, my ram suddenly not detected. I had no idea what triggering this. But, when i'm checking it on CPU-Z, ram is detected on SPD.

My laptop is Asus A456UR.
RAM is DDR4 SODimm 4GB PC19200/2400Mhz.

What do you mean by reset the sticks? Eject then reseat it?

Yes, exactly. It has been known to kick start the RAM. It's worth a shot for want of better suggestions. Also, try one at a time to test both sticks.

I've done it, but nothing change.
And i only have one ram stick. The other is planted on motherboard.

I also have the same problem.. can anyone help? I have tried every possible way, such as reflashing my BIOS, reinstalling my windows, memory diagnostic tools, remove and reinstall my RAM stick, etc. It worked for 2 years before this suddenly happened. Someone said that ASUS Motherboard can lock its system for security, but I am not sure what it means.
