Ram that will fit in MSI Z97S SLI - Krait Edition

What kind of ram will fit in this motherboard MSI Z97S SLI - Krait Edition, i mean pc-12800 or 19200 ect. ?

pc-12800 is laptop RAM I believe. That motherboard just needs DDR3 desktop RAM. 240-pin to be exact.

I have a question, hate to hijack a thread but, does this MB support 1866hz ram even if its not overclocked? Or do I have to buy 1600hz? Will it even post if I install 1866?
