Question Ram timing

Hello.I wanna know if i run 4 stic of RAM will all 4 run on cl 32.I heart that if you run 2x8 3200Mhz cl32 everyting will be ok,but if you run 4x8 3200Mhz CL32 the timing will not be 32 but less because is 4x8.I know that is maybe strange to ask such a question but this is what i am been told.I whanna ubgrade a pc and i whana use my curent ram.By the way this is what i inted to build...wright a opinion.

Got a link to your ram kit? You might want to look into a dual channel ram kit instead of a 4x ram kit. Reduces stress on the integrated memory controller in the CPU.

I don't understant what "Got a link to your ram kit" is supposed to mean so i will guess.My curent ram is T-Force 2x8 3200Mhz CL32 ram and i wanna put 2x8 from the same RAM as i currently have.
And if is to put dual channel kit i will bye totaly diferent configuration of components(like for example ddr5 ram and some ryzen 5 7600x...but that will go more expencive).
So my point is can i put more 2x8 on i5 13400f or not.And btw what is whit that memory controler...will it hold.Explain me please.
