Ram timings help

Hi how do you change RAM timings on the Asrock 970 pro3? Im having hold ups/Freezing randomly. Im purchasing new dual channel ram next week and want a temp fit till then. Mabey the timings are off.

Also the DRAM frequency is 647.7 shouldnt it be 1337?

To change timings, go into bios (tap F2 repeatedly as soon as you power on or restart), go to oc tweaker and scroll down to dram timing control.

According to your linked CPU-Z, your current timings are 9-9-9-24-33 (tCAS-tRC-tRP-tRAS-tCS). You can change them to whatever is stated on the sticker on your ram.

your cpu-z frequency is 1333Mhz (since ddr is double data rate it is 665.2 x 2).
