I have a pair of Kingston Value RAM 2GB PC2-6400 in dual channel.
When I set the RAM timings by SPD from BIOS, CPU-Z shows them running at 6-5-5-15-44(tRFC)-2T, but the timings table in the SPD tab shows--
JEDEC#1 266MHz 4-4-4-12-16(tRC) 1.8V (Command Rate not specified)
JEDEC#2 333MHz 5-5-5-15-20(tRC) 1.8V (Command Rate not specified)
JEDEC#3 400MHz 6-6-6-18-24(tRC) 1.8V (Command Rate not specified)

My Ram is running at 418MHz, now since JEDEC above 400MHz is rated in SPD, so if I let the timings set by SPD, then the RAM must be running at JEDEC#3 specifications, but it is not running at that, instead it is running at 6-5-5-15-44(tRFC). Here, in the memory tab tRC is not shown as in SPD tab, and tRFC is not rated under the JEDECs as in memory tab.

PLEASE HELP...

cpu-z only identifies the ram from the id chip inside the ram not what you set
jedec is the standart for rams for identify, custom ram timinings wont show up on cpuz because its not jedec standart.
timings are what you set on bios not you see on cpuz

Ok, I understand..
Thank You.
