hello , so i have these ram sticks
Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB Kit (2x8GB) 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM - Black (HX316C10FBK2/16)

and i was trying to overclock them but i could only squeeze them to reach 1680 mhz so thought i would be better off tweaking timings , the original timings were 11-10-10-30 , new timings 8-8-8-19 , i can go lower without any crashes , should i go lower ? or is there a point where lower = lower performance??

Your working the completely the wrong way with your memory timings.

The more you overclock your memory beyond it stated speed the more you relax the memory timing values.
Going from 11-10-10-30 to 8-8-8-19 will make the memory more unstable when overclocked.
