Hi, I just purchased the Lenovo Thinkpad E495 with a single 8GB Module (Samsung M471A1K43DB1-CTD). I bought an additional 8GB Module (Crucial CT8G4SFS8266) and installed it today. I'm not that savvy with Clocks and Frequencies and whatnot, but I made sure that all specs are the same in order to have Dual Channel. Unfortunately, the DRAM Frequency is down at 1866MHz, even though both Modules are 2666MHz pieces and the Laptop can handle up to 2400MHz.

NB-Frequency is at 2400MHz but isn't that the Uncore? The FSB : DRAM Ratio just says asynchron, but I'm guessing DRAM is under FSB which is not max performance. I'd love to have this assumption confirmed and to know how I can get both modules up to 2400Mhz and reach peak performance with this setup..
