Ram underperforming in userbenchmark

so i ran a userbenchmark test and it said that my ram was underperforming and it told me to make sure i have xmp profile enabled and i have and i know i have the right frequency in that profile. Then i went to check out more causes of poor ram status and it said “reduced multi core cpu performance will prevent full utilization of ram bandwidth” what does it mean? and here is another one i dont understand “When ram sticks are plugged into the wrong slots they may operate in a single channel mode rather than dual mode”. pls help me understand these causes

Passmark shows my ram underperforming alot also.
I don't worry much.
Probably it's because i have ryzen.
