RAM UPDATE FAIL - HP ProDesk 490 G1 Microtower PC

Hello,

I have a HP ProDesk 490 G1 with 4GB DDR3 RAM Samsumg 4GB 1Rx8 PC3 12800U-11-13-A1 and i decide to bought more 4gb ram, i bought Kingston 4GB DDR3 KVR16N11S8/4 with the same specs but when i instal the new ram the PC does not start, makes a beep (only one) and the monitor stays black.
If i instal only one ram (older or newer) everything works fine.

Adding ram is hit and miss even if identical specs.

I know, i also try with a Crucial DIMM, and same problem. Works well alone, but when paired with the old one or the kingston not work.

Very very common , posts like this happen constantly , best in a matching pair purchased in a package together.

I usually use the Crucial Scanner for pre-built ram upgrades.

I've installed 2 identical Kingston DDR3 4GB and same problem.
BIOS updated and same problem.
