My ques-Can i upgrade my ram with 4gb kingston hyperx 4GB DDR3 1866 Mhz CL10 PC3-14900 1866MHz 1.5v?

As long as your current memory works at 1.5V too it should work, the kingston will run at the same speed of your current memory (assuming it's freq it's set as "auto" in BIOS).

EDIT: Having said that, some mobos are picky regarding memory modules compatibility, specially laptops so first consult your laptop's RAM compatible list before purchasing anything.
