[SOLVED] RAM upgrade advice

Hello, days ago I changed my motherboard and processor, by some miracle one of my RAM sticks died. Anyway, I thought about changing it so looking for advice.
My PC spec now is:

MSI MAG B560 TORPEDO + i5 11400F
4x4GB (well, now 3x4GB ) Corsair Vengeance LPX, DDR4, 3000MHz, CL15 (CMK8GX4M2B3000C15)
GTX970
XFX 550W

Is this even worth upgrading? I would change just for making it 2x8GB because i got so little space there its crazy, MACHO cooler and 4th ram slot bend by themselves. Maybe that cause the failure after all, no clue.
I would go for faster 2x8GB or something, middle class nothing too expensive and no budget things too. I also know GTX 970 is the one slacking but this is also in the change plan.

Look for a 2x8GB@3200 kit.
Then it's your call.
