Question RAM Upgrade Advise

Hello,

I wanted to ask for advise on RAM I want to upgrade my PC with.

The RAM I want to buy is CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DIMM KIT 32GB CMK32GX4M2D3000C16. It says the tested latency is CL16-20-20-38

Any opinions on the RAM? Is there anything better at the same price and do I need a better one or CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DIMM KIT 32GB CMK32GX4M2D3000C16 would be more than enough?

My Current PC Specs:
Ryzen 3 2200g ( I did buy Ryzen 5 2600 the other day, but still haven't bought the gpu, so.. )
SanDisk Ultra 3D 2.5 500GB
Seasonic S12II-520 520W Bronze
MSI B450 TOMAHAWK AM4
LG 24MK400H-B 23.5"
Western Digital Caviar Blue 3.5 1TB
8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz Kit ( to be replaced with the one above, or maybe be a better one? )

Why do you need 32GB? Seems like you'd want a GPU first, then maybe 16GB RAM.

I do have a GPU in mind - RX 580, but I'm still debating on whether it should be 4gb or 8gb.

I will pretty much buy the GPU, along the RAM and I was going to post about that on the GPU section.

It's not just the RAM size, that's why I posted the RAM model as well, so I can have opion on the model as well.

And I figured I can get 32 GB. Why not? Maybe not many but some games require 16GB. And more games will have higher RAM requirements over the next years, I guess.

Anyways, I just wanted to know the overall opinion (or better suggestion for the same price ) on the RAM I posted, so I can go and order it right away. That's all.

RAM is cheap now, I'd probably buy 32GB too.

The Corsair Vengeance is good/high quality and will work well. Faster RAM or lower timings will cost more and you will lose some cost/benefit if you go higher. DDR4 3200 C16 is the sweet spot.

Yep, the Vengance RAM is perfectly fine for that build, I use it myself.
