Hi,
I am trying to replace the RAM of a MSI Katana GF76 11UC-656BE laptop
It currently has 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM
The manufacturer's website states that the laptop can run a max of 64GB RAM
So I bought a new pair of 32GB DDR4-3200 sticks and succesfully installed them
When starting the laptop, I can see that 64GB is now installed, but then shortly after the laptop shuts down and restarts
I have tested using only one memory stick and it seems to be running fine
(Tried both sticks in both slots)
Why can't I seem to run both sticks?
