Ram upgrade for dell inspiron 580s?

I hav Dell inspiron 580s.. Intel core i3 550, mainboard dell 0c2kjt, ddr3 3GB (2GB Samsung + 1GB Hynix). integrated graphics.... what are my options for my ram upgrade...? pls give compatible ram upgrades... thanks for the support
