RAM upgrade for dell precision T7500

Hi,

I am considering buying a Dell Precision T7500. I was wondering if I can upgrade it with 12 dual ranked 8GB RAM sticks. The document at http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/wsT7500/en/sm/a_mem.htm seems to suggest one can add 12 dual ranked 4GB rams, but, 12 quad ranked 8GB rams. It's unclear if I can add 4 kits of ram such as http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=CT3KIT102472BB1339 to it.

They have a great return policy. Send them an e-mail. If the kit doesn't work they will make good. (Or you can just get a kit linked from the page dedicated to your T7500. They should work).

Hi did the dual rank 8GB modules work in your T7500? I am planning to buy dual ranked 2x16GB for my T7500. Processor is E56.. 3.6GHz.
