Question RAM Upgrade for i7-8750H & Mobile Intel® HM370 Chipset

I want to buy 2x16 GB RAM for my Abra A5 v13.4 laptop. Available RAM is 8GB CL19 2666MHZ. What is the best 2x16 RAM I can get compatible with this laptop?

Laptop specifications:

• Intel Coffee Lake Core i7-8750H
• 4GB GDDR5 Nvidia GTX1050Ti 128 Bit
• Mobile Intel® HM370 Chipset
• 8GB (1x8GB) DDR4L 1.2V CL19 2666MHz SODIMM

1. There are 4 slots in the SPD tab, the output of the above command shows as max 64GB and 4 slots, but as far as I know, there are 2 slots on the chipset. What is the reason for this?​
2. Is it okay if I install 3200/3600 MHZ CL16 2x16 RAM or do I have to install high-frequency RAM for nothing?​
