RAM upgrade help...

My pc spec:
Gigabyte b85m-d3h (rev 1.0);
pentium g3220; (supports only up to 1333Mhz ram speed)
crucial 4gb 1333 ddr3 cl9, part number: CT51264BA1339J.C8F

I can't find exact same module in my country (can't buy from e-bay, newegg, amazon...), the only available is crucial 4gb 1600 cl11, part number CT51264BA160BJ.
I run a crucial system scanner - says it's compatible with my system, then asked on their forum and they also said that will work together but on 1333 (of course). How much is reliable this scanner ?

I don't know what to do, buy this 4gb kit, or buy some other 8gb kit.. Will I notice difference between 1333 cl11 and 1333 cl9 if they would be worked together ? Did someone have same experience ?
Best price at the moment is 8gb (2x4) Patriot viper 3 black mamba 1866 cl10 (about 42 euros); othet dual-chanel kits are more expensive;
Kingstone hyperx 8gb (1x8) 1600 cl10 is about 46 euros...others are about same price.

I planned to buy some chip SSD and that 4gb kit, but I guess it's better to buy new 2x4gb kit.

What do you recommend ? I am so confused...

First no way of telling if adding to existing will play without trying, it's a 50/50 maybe yes, maybe no. I'd prob try the 2x4GB Kingston 1600 of what you show, or a 1333 set
