Question Ram upgrade help

This PC was built a few years ago, general use, Battlefield 4/5 after work etc.
It has 16 GB Adata ram now and I was thinking of upgrading a faster 32 GB.
I would appreciate any help, haven't thought about this stuff much for a few years.
Just want to pep her up a bit maybe, still good for gaming.
What do think would be the best Ram upgrade??
