Ram upgrade Hp pavillion 550-186ng

Hello guys .Can somebody help me find the specific ram for my pc i really cant find which one i should buy. HP Pavilion 550-186ng Desktop PC.Im using windows 10 pro x64 Thanks

Here are the specs.

So you can go up to 16GB of DDR3-1600.

There are two slots...so you would get two sticks of 8 each if you wanted to go to 16 GB.

....or two sticks of 4 each for 8 GB.

Thnx for the answer.I know my specs the problem is that i have 2 pc3 12800 of ddr3 1600 but my motherboard doenst recognize them and they are functional.Thas why i asked if somebody can give me some specific ram that works

Well...they "should" work....but RAM can be strange.

I would try some other sticks.

I'm not real good with recommendations.

When I buy RAM...I buy RAM to spec and that's all I do....and it almost always works good enough for me. Kingston has worked well for me...but I have used totally generic memory just fine too and everything in between.

I do try to stick with "sets" though.
