Question Ram upgrade make my pc starts a reboot loop

I was upgrading my ram from 8gb to 16gb. but suddenly my pc won't boot up and starts to reboot itself.

The ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz
The motherboard: GA-Z170XP-SLI

I change the ram position from the sticks but it stills the same.

But when i only use 8gb of ram, the pc starts pecfecly.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. What "upgrading my ram from 8gb to 16gb" is could be many things. I suggest you list part number or link to memory.
