I bought an Asus S5402 on NewEgg and saw on Asus.com that you can upgrade the RAM from 8 GB so I bought some from Crucial and just got it and unscrewed the 10 screws on the back but cannot seem to get it open even with a guitar pick type tool. This has worked on any other laptop I've used over the years so I'm not sure if there's something new with these that I'm missing as this is my first really thin ultrabook style and first OLED laptop.
Anyone have any idea how to get into these safely?
