RAM upgrade Urgent

Hi Guys, I want to upgrade my RAM I'm a little confused if can use my old DIMMs with new DIMM...

CPU - i5-2400
GPU - GTX 660 2GB
RAM - Corsair Value Select 4GB @ 1333MHz
Motherboard - Intel DH67CL (supports only 1333MHz RAM and Down...)

I want to buy Corsair Value Select 4GB @1600Mhz
So, can I use my old Set with the new DIMM. New DIMM would run at 1333MHz sice my motherboard supports only 1333MHz and down.....Or I need a new 8GB Stick (I'M A LITTLE TIGHT ON BUDGET)
Max RAM supported by my mobo is 32GB, It has 4 DIMM Slots, thats means 8GB per slot....

They'll work fine together but as you said, they'll work @1333MHz. But if you are already going to spend on an already low frequency by today's standards and keep using them with an old motherboard, try to get the 8GB instead, they'll probably get more expensive in the future as they'll become less common too.
