Currently my pc has 2x 16GB sticks (5600mhz) [i7 13700K]
I intend to upgrade that to 4 sticks (so 4x 16GB 5600mhz)
I know the exact RAM kit I bought so I can just buy another however can I just install that RAM and my PC will be fine or will I need to tinker with the BIOS or something so the PC accepts/sees the extra RAM?

Best case is to purchase matched sets all together. Past experience has shown Intel to be far more tolerant of "unmatched" RAM, so this might work well and might not.

If you are running an XMP profile and/or an OC go into BIOS and turn everything back to stock before installing the new RAM. Afterward, it is not unusual to find that X4 will not run quite as fast as X2 sticks. This can be exacerbated by motherboards with poor VRM. You may have to manually adjust some settings to get the maximum performance available on the more sticks.

Are you sure you need more than 32GB of ram?

You might open a can of worms trying to add to what you have.
