Question RAM Upgrade

Hello, I'm looking for some clarity
I want to have higher frames on my games, but I've seen that getting a higher speed RAM actually helps you a lot!
I currently have this setup
MOBO gigabyte ab350-gaming 3
CPU R5 1500X
RAM Hyper FuryX 8GB 2133Mhz X2(16GB)
GPU Gigabyte GTX 1070 OC
And I was looking to upgrade to 2 Corsair Vengeance LED 3200Mhz 8GB

Is it a game changer? Is it worth it?

And besides this upgrade would you consider upgrading the CPU? I'm planning on buying RTX 2080, I do not know how much it will bottleneck it

yeah, you might want to upgrade to an R7 2700X. I use one at work and am VERY impressed with it's speed and capabilities. It could keep up well with a 2080. If you wait a bit more, you could get the new generation Ryzens, even better...
