RAM: 32GB (16x2) Trident Z RGB 3200Mhz @ 14CL

2 questions!
Would it be beneficial performance wise for me to buy another 2 sticks of RAM for this PC? Almost 100% gaming. I was just curious if having all 4 slots filled would grant any bit of performance. I've heard yes and no's and I've heard it depends on the game you're playing. Some are saying no because the CPU only supports dual channel and some are saying yes because it just depends on how a game is developed. I just want to try and get some clear answers. The buy is going to happen in the near future regardless.
Would it be beneficial performance wise for me to buy 4 new sticks at more than 3200Mhz? I've heard 3200 is pretty much the sweet spot for Intel and it matters a lot more for Ryzen processors, but I just want to make sure that is the case before fully deciding.
