Question Ram upgrading issue

hi so yeah i'm having or had an issue with my ram and i was wondeing if it's normal

i got two sticks of 2GB 1066Mhz
one stick of 4GB 1066Mhz
one stick of 8GB 1333Mhz
(All ram sticks are DDR3)

whenever i put the 8gb stick on other slots that are not the first slot, my pc start randomly crashing/restarting

Edit: my pc is a dell optiplex 990 MT

i'm using all the 4 sticks at once
First Slot > 8GB
Second > 4GB
Third and four > 2GB

Since you are trying to mix so many different sizes, speeds, and probably brands there is no good way to say for sure where the problem lies. Ideally you will want 4x 4GB or 2x 8GB for RAM. Those should all be matched sets of RAM.
