Ram usage 94% while 600mb out of 15GB is used

hello, as you can see the usage is high but the mem is low. i want to know if it will have effect on my pc or is it just bugged out?

EDIT: ram usage go's down when i use ram so it means that its reverted

Open Services and stop the Windows update service. Does the RAM usage goes down?
