You don't have to have stuff running like the nVidia tray or Adobe Acrobat updater.
Also you are running two security solutions at once (ESET and Malwarebytes) One should sufffice.

From personal experience I know how a lot of background programs can hog memory. My system isn't small on processes either. (I'm rarely below 80 processes according to task manager, and thats without opening my browsers or other "active" programs.)
After some hours doing stuff with chrome and firefox my RAM usage is usually between 8-10 GB. Restarting either of them helps freeing memory
So I need to keep all that updaters and background monitoring stuff small.

What are the stuff like "Everything.exe" "MoboDeviceProxy" "HiPatchService" that are running?

I...

here are my startup apps:

but as you can see in this picture:

there is very few apps that running in the background. some of them are must like realtek, nvidia drivers etc.

Get rid of Chrome, and use firefox instead. Chrome causes these problems, in many systems...including my system.
Just do what I told you, and see if that stops the problems.

but I am using chrome for years and I never had this problem until a couple of months ago.

I saw a lot of stuff that I either don't know or don't need, so I recommend look through your programs and ask yourself if you really need that stuff to start with your system. Do a little resarch on the programs that you don't know and close what you don't need.

Either disable (or kill) all the updater processes in the background (Stuff like Chrome, Java, Adobe, nVidia, Corel) and check manually for updates,
or put them on a scheduled cycle ( my updater processes start once a week to do their intended work, but besides that they are'n running and using memory in the background)

Remove Frameworks and Managers from your autostart (like Adobe, QuickTime or MS Office), they will be started when you use one of the associated programs anyway.

Do you really need Steam, Curse, µTorrent, Chrome to be started when you boot your computer?

I see you are still running Windows 7 (which is fire) and the Windows 10 GWX "Update App" is running, stop/remove/uninstall that and the linked Windows "Security" updates unless you intend to "upgrade" to Windows 10 soon.

After writing this long post I noticed it has gone from a simple answer with the intention to help to a generic memory management post. But the informations and questions still apply.
