RAM Usage in around 80% when browsing.

Hi,
I built a new PC around 2 days ago and its all been working fine.
I then opened after MSI Afterburner and realised the RAM usage was very high.
I was wondering if anyone had an idea what was causing the issue.

Specs:
Intel i5 6600k
MSI Gtx 1070 8GB
16 gb of DDR4 by hyperx
Gigabyte z170 gaming 3

Select Users on the top menu of Task Manager and check for the processes from all users.

Then we can see what is REALLY using up your memory

open task manager and click to order tasks so ram use is shown as what task is using morst first and then eliminate said task after finding out what it is
