Question Ram usage is at over 25% at idle.

I have 32gb of DDR4 gskill ram, and at idle, my pc is using about 8 gb at any given time. When looking in the processes manager, the values do not even add up to much of anything close to that. Where might this ram be going, or is it actually being used?

don't use task manager to add up memory usage.
