Question RAM Usage is not correct

Hello there , so today i saw in the Task Manager- Users that the Memory is using 2,3gb and the %usage was 60% , I have 8GB or memory .. and i think its not using it all ...Am I wrong ?

Hello it has 1.8GB in cached memory

if you need to, get more ram

Windows would released the cache if you need more.
or check to see what is using the 2.3GB and uninstall/stop them from running
