Ram voltage for APU?

Hi.
I know there's some limitations to RAM voltage when considering ivy bridge (1.5V that is).
My question is what's the limitations for AMD APU CPUs (A10, A8)? Does voltage matters to them too? Or they are just fine woth 1.65V ram? Whats your suggestions?
I'm going with ASrock a75 board if that matters.

They are fine with 1.65volts.
