RAM voltage for Dell Vostro 220 series (solved)

I have a Dell Vostro 220 series and would like to add another 2 gb RAM to the one that is already in the Motherboard.
What voltage RAM will suit that? The one that I am looking at specifies 18 volt.
Are these suitable please?

Would you expect that I will have to update the BIOS after fitting the new RAM?
I am hoping that I don't have to.
