RAM voltage

Can anyone tell me the voltage on the "Corsair Dual Channel 4096MB PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz Memory (2 x 2048MB)" because i have a "Asus P7P55D Pro Motherboard" and an i5 processor. Is the voltage okay with these parts?

All of the memory modules in that Corsair series have a default voltage of 1.65 volts. That is the standard for the Intel Core i3/i5/i7 series cpu's. No problem! 😀

oh yea, do you know anything about Cas latency? is there a suggested CL for my system?

There are several possibilities. If your Asus BIOS is similar to the BIOS in my Asus Sabertooth 55i you can go into BIOS on startup and enable automatic memory adjustment for optimal performance. I didn't check but if your memory and your BIOS have the XMP (Extended Memory Performance) feature you can go into BIOS and enable that feature. The BIOS will adjust the system to match the XMP settings in the memory. Finally you can change memory and system settings manually.
