[SOLVED] Ram was working but stopped working

I just built my very first PC. This morning everything worked however I noticed on the bios page that I was only registering 16GB of my DDR4 memory (G.Skills ripjaw on my Asus prime z490-a) but after taking it out and moving it around nothing seems to work! Any ideas? I've tried cleaning it, resetting CMOS, couldn't find the memOK switch...

The DRAM light is consistently yellow everytime I turn the PC on

Did you fully power off and remove the power cord when you were swapping around the memory? If not, you might have damaged the ram. But you do have the warranty for those 'doa' ram modules.
