RAM Windows 7

Hello,
Have just rebuilt my PC using Windows 7 x64bt;see attachments of screen pics, my PC tells me I have installed 8gb RAM but can only use 50% of same?? Have read and reread on line help,and have followed diligently the advice,but to no avail. Your help please.

The memory you're using isn't on the Motherboard's QVL. You can't expect support from ASUS. You're better off returning the Corsair, and buying something that ASUS has verified to be compatible. Sorry mate, we all make mistakes.

Thankyou for comment, Asus is certainly the least helpful, have resolved problem!!
The general wisdom said look for a 'bent'pin on cpu, I looked and found with the aid of magnifyer and extra hands spot 1 xsingle pin bent flat, very hard to see. We all try to be careful but after a wasted week trying all and every suggestion you cannot beat 'care' at all times.
