RAM won't boot at 3000MHZ (Ryzen)

Hi!
My RAM won't boot at 3000MHZ. I tried different timings but with no luck.

The BIOS restets to 2133MHZ
My Setup:

ASUS PRIME-B350-PLUS

RAM:
Vengeance® LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Memory Kit - Black (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15)

My DRAM voltage: 1,35

Things I tried but didn't work
Increasing the RAM voltage
Updating BIOS to latest version
Tried different timings and voltage

If I boot with one ram stick, with 16-18-18-18-36, and 1.20 the computer will boot, but not with the second ram stick installed

So If anyone can help me figuring out the correct voltage and timings for my Ram, it would be gladly appreciated!

Enable XMP profile.

As it is Ryzen it will never work at 3000mhz. Ryzen supports 2133, 2400, 2666, 2933 and 3200mhz. So, it should function at 2933Mhz.

I already tried with XMP, but it's called DOCP in amd platforms, but still the same problem

If you have 4 ram slots on your mobo, you'd probably want to read the manual. Most boards will only boot on slots 2 and 4.
