[SOLVED] Ram wont overclock

Hey, I just tried to overclock my g skill trident z rgb ram 3200Mhz to 3600Mhz. The default Vram power is 1.35 and I put it to 1.45. But my pc started turning one and off without my touching anything and I got the blue windows recovery screen when the pc tried to boot into windows. I put the ram back to default on my pc booted fine. I also tried 3500Mhz on 1.45V put it still didn't work, do I need to set the Vram power higher? I have gigabute b460 aurus motherboard and a ryzen 7 1700x. Sorry this was so long

I thought with 3600MHz memory you'd be using a new 3000 Series Ryzen.
