Question Ram utilization wont exeed 4.6gb

So i have 2x4 gb ddr3 ram different models with same mhz and timing, the problem is that when i play sniper elite 4 at ultra graphics and ram reaches above 4.6 gb, it crashes and one time when im using u torrent to download while gaming, theres a window popup that said "windows failed to allocate 3019593 bytes for ram, im not sure if thats the correct amount of ram.

Thank you very much but i found the fix,I have set my page file to auto which made the page file 8gb same with my ram size and it did the job
