Um, I would say you'd end up with some malware. My understanding is that RAM is fully managed by the OS. Furthermore, RAM is volatile and gets cleared out every time you shut down you computer, so it should not get a chance to get fragmented. So I think that anyone that's telling you that you need to gefrag your RAM is pulling your leg or worse.
