My Huawei y9 has 4gb ram but it doesn't really utilize the space.
Even when there is more than enough space, some opened apps just restart when i chose it from recents. Need help...

Not sure about the problem.

To save battery, unused apps should shut down. If it is easy to just chose and restart then that is what you should do.

However, that said you may simply need to adjust power saving times.
