Pc was running fine, then used ryzen master to turn ram up to 2500, which is 5000 ddr pc shut down but now every boot the memory led on mobo blinks red and the games freeze sometimes, did it fry the ram or mobo?

what the software did was change the RAM speed settings in the BIOS, and you did it without also adjusting the timings and voltage.

You really shouldn't have gone that high trying to overclock RAM.
The most you should've tried going was 3600MHz speed, and that's even if the RAM you have can do that.
Some RAM is budget for a reason, and just can't go any higher than the rated overclock, which yours is 3200MHz.

Just do a CMOS reset to reset the BIOS and see if you can boot.

Also, don't use software to do overclocking.
It's more reliable and safer to just do it the normal way through the BIOS itself.

Ok, i might have raised the volt too cant remember, but somethings damaged because it takes like 5 power button presses to turn on and turning the resolution to 4k in cod makes it laggy which never use to be

if after doing a CMOS reset, everything seems in working order, then no. I doubt anything fried.
Just go into BIOS itself, and set the XMP profile for your RAM to run at it's rated speed of 3200MHz and call it a day.

Don't go getting crazy with the overclocks anymore until you do research and learn in depth how to properly do it, and do it from within the BIOS and not through desktop software.
