hi! i'm newbie here just want to ask i have HyperX KHX1600C9D3K3/12GX

..
is this memory is compatible with my GIGABYTE Z68XP-UD3-B3? bcz i do some research that my memory is triple channel kit and my mb supports dual channel only,
but i see this memory in QVL of my mb website.. i just want to know that if its ok if i can use this memory to my mb? HELP PLSSS.... tnx 🙁

This isn't my specialty, so maybe others can confirm this, but I think that there is nothing inherently special about RAM that makes triple channel or dual channel not work in the opposite type.

The only difference I see is if you have two or four ram slots and you buy a set of 3 then you are going to either 1) have one too many (2 slot board), or 2) have one not enough (4 slot board).
