Rampage V Extreme w/ ASUS Xonar Essence STX II w/ Daughter Board and Two Graphics Cards?

I am trying to find out if an ASUS Rampage V Extreme would be able to have room for two GTX 980 Superclocks w/ ACX 2.0 along with an ASUS Xonar Essence STX II (w/ the daughter board). Both parts of the sound card are PCIe, but you only need to plug the main one into a PCIe slot (daughter board can go into a regular slot, or so I am told). I just have no idea if it will fit both along with the two graphics cards.

Assuming the 980s are dual-slot cards, it seems everything will fit, but I'm not 100% sure.
