can i use this ram with it:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1333MHz DIMM PC3-10666 Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBRL

Solution
For the gpus, I'm not sure, so I don't want to provide you wrong infos...

But for the RAM, normally, it should be ok. This card supports DDR3 (that is a generation of RAM) and the model you want to buy is of this generation. Plus, your motherboard only supports 1333mhz or 1066mhz, and the one you want to but is 1333. And your model is unbuffered, and your motherboard supports only unbuffered memory.
You can go to this link to watch the specs: http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/specs-hewlett-packard-3048h/

Expansion slots:
2 x PCI Express x1 – (Low Profile)
1 x PCI Express x16 – (Low Profile)
1 x PCI – (Low Profile)

For the ram, it is DDR3 that is compatible. It should be compatible because it is DDR3, but if you want to be sure of your shot, you can verify of PcPartPicker if there's any compatibility issue between your mb and your particular model of RAM.
