Hi everyone;

My old and working system configuration was;

MB: Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3
CPU: Core i5 2320
RAM: Total 16 GB
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9
Corsair Vengeance 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL9

I upgraded my CPU to Core i7 2600 K. But system gives an error and no post screen. Buzzer was beeped always. According to MB user guide this code is power error. So I tried with different PSU but same thing happened. But weird side of this issue that system working only with 4 GB RAM if it sticked to second or fourth slot. Not 1 and 3.
Also I tried CLEAR CMOS, remove battery etc. But it wasn't.

What can I do to solve this issue ?

Solution
When testing with the old cpu all ram is available?

Look for bend pins too since having replaced the cpu.

Might also be that the cooler when replaced put too much pressure onto on side so make sure it's snug on all corners.

After your post, I'm checked my pins. And one of them was bended :) After fix that, system started correctly, Thanks for your advice. I'm really appreciated.
