At the end of the day, RAM is RAM, provided it works as intended. Brand isn't particularly relevant.
However, I've never heard of "Ramsta" and, with a quick Google search, would appear to be just a white-label product (something manufactured en masse, and rebranded by others).

It strikes me as odd that 2400MHz DDR4 is miraculously CL11?
That CL is in Corsair DomPlat territory (2400MHz @ CL10) or Kingston Savage (2400MHz @ CL12). The "cheap" stuff tends to fall into 2400/CL15-16 territory.
